ibis budget Genève Aéroport

Great location for me - close enough to stroll to Lake Geneva and the Old Town in the mornings, through very nice residential neighborhoods, and take the tram (14 or 18) back at night. Or could also take bus 10, which stops closer to the hotel - but I'm just not a fan of buses ;). Pass for all transport provided for all Geneva visitors staying at hotels. Also 25 min walk or, probably, much shorter bus drive to airport (bus 10 again). Cute and functional room - fairly tiny, as expected for ibis budget, but with everything needed available and efficiently placed. I personally loved the bunk bed over the double bed, even if not needed as a solo traveler during the visit. Across the stress from a shopping mall - a supermarket in particular. Welcoming reception. Spectacular backyard.

Great location just a short trolley bus ride from the airport and then into Geneva. Travel card was issued at the hotel. The hotel is opposite a shopping centre with a big supermarket so can buy snacks and food. Rooms are clean and quiet. There was a heatwave whilst staying and the room remained cool. The double bed has a bunk bed over it which meant there was a bit more space and privacy if you need it. Great view of the mountains from our room. Staff were friendly although apart from checking in and leaving bags at the end, we didn't need them for anything. Didn't try the breakfast as we were on a budget and Switzerland is expensive!

I liked the location near the airport and city centre. The parking was very useful. We had a big van and it wouldn't fit into the car park, but the staff was extremely helpful in helping us park and also to get into town. The rooms were clean and next to each other. We had requested an accessible room for wheelchair access which we received and it was very convenient.

The Staff, and location were good,and the room was OK functional, BUT way below what were would have expected even for a BUDGET Hotel, and comparing to what we expect as minimum standard of facilities, i.e Kettle and drinks making, fridge with a selection of drinks, both fruit juice and alcoholic, telephone. The internet work as expected although Geneve and English language were not available as choices of location and language!?

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was small but perfectly designed, with a choice of ambiente lighting and plenty of cleverly placed shelves and hooks to put your stuff, also a little desk and chair. The toilet, shower and sink were all seperate, so two people can get ready without being in each other's way. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were comfy. The breakfast was lovely and nicely laid out. The cost of the stay was very reasonable for Geneva. We didn't expect such a comfortable place for what we paid, compared to other places we had stayed in Switzerland, and were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel.
